Prisma successfully launched

The Prisma satellites have been successfully launched aboard a Dnepr launcher from Yasny, Russia. Omnisys Instruments has designed and manufactured the Power Control and Distribution Unit, PCDU, on the two Prisma satellites called Mango and Tango.
The first contact with the satellite showed that solar array panels had been deployed as planned and that the satellites were in a nominal state.
